Jay was a great realtor! He and his team started coordination with me prior to moving to the area. Timing didn’t line up for our initial search and we had to stay at a rental. Surprisingly, Jay kept in touch and maintained a professional patience with our needed delay in purchasing a home. Once we were ready to purchase a year later, he contacted us and continued the process. His dedication to staying in touch and his phenomenal patience will be remembered. He helped us find an amazing house and was flexible with changes in plans. He and his team are excellent communicators. I highly recommend the Kal team. I needed to sell my house quickly after accepting a job offer out of state, and they made the transition seamless. Not only did they help me perfectly time the sale, but they also coordinated services like yard cleaning and provided constant feedback.
