I was honestly dreading the work of buying a house, and it was almost over shadowing the excitement. That’s when David came into the picture! David made the home buying process not only easy but fun! From looking at houses to finally closing on the home of our dreams David made the whole ride easy. When we first spoke with Kal about selling our home located at 9748 Quail Run in Browns Valley, we discussed our interest in getting a fair price and selling the property quickly. It was great. We had Jay. He went above and beyond for us. He dug up a lot of information on each property we were interested in,more then any other realtor we had. Was always ontime and prompt, gave us all the information we needed. All around the best we’ve dealt with. Very knowledgeable in his profession. Got us a great deal on our home. Let me start by saying we read the reviews here. 5 star reviews across the board. However we didn’t see the reviews until now when the sale closed. We bought the house about 5 years ago with Ricardo Villa. We purchased the home in Gridley due to losing my home in Paradice from the Camp Fire. Fast forward to 2023/2024. I purchased the home for my daughter, and grandson. For reasons unforeseeable we needed to sale the Gridley home. We contacted Kal Johal to help assist us in the sale. As people have stated she is a truly remarkable person. Proffesional, courteous , very knowledgeable. She listens attentively and answers questions in layman terms. As difficult as this situation was, Kal cares about You!!! And will give 100% to make your sale happen
